Packing brings back lots of good memories for me. I remember myself helping my Mom and Dad, whenever we have this sale of old clothes, my mom would get all the old clothes, my brother and myself would be the “models” for the day. Our job is to wear all the clothes which are labelled to be thrown out, and check if it still fits.
My brother got smarter, and usually would escape from the “fashion program” as we used to call it, with some excuse about exams. Unfortunately for me, my Mom won’t buy my excuse for exams since I usually don’t study for the exam. So I would wear each pant and shirt, show it to my Mom and after she is satisfied that it doesnt fit me (I would be looking like Charlie Chaplin with even shorter clothes) she would label it to throw it away.
Thinking about that now, makes me laugh about it. It was the best days ever. Now coming back to my working, more than 45% of the work is done. I still have few stuff to sell off and my clothes to pack. I have few more e-mails to send, and few farewells to say. But other than that, I am really excited to go to India… most importantly, India-Pakistan series are starting just as I reach there … isn’t that cool !!!
Hmmm… I feel kinda of sad leaving Aachen. Never figured that this day might come. But still if I am to live anywhere in this Earth, luckily I have two choices now.. Aachen and Chennai
